My approach is rooted in emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) and attachment theory. EFT works with the emotional layer underneath the surface of what is going wrong: the fear underneath the withdrawal, the longing underneath the conflict, the grief underneath the numbness. I also work in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming way, which means sessions are paced to your nervous system, not a standardized timeline.
I work with adults navigating autistic burnout, late ADHD and autism diagnosis, AuDHD, high-masking burnout, shame, attachment injuries, and family and parent-adult child dynamics. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #20257).
Virtual sessions are available across Ontario and Alberta. In-person sessions are available in Langdon, AB.
